Product Manager - RIM Connections

Role Overview

Veeva is seeking a Product Manager to drive productized connections/integrations between its Regulatory Information Management (RIM) system and other applications such as Clinical and Quality (within the Vault suite). You will partner with customers, engineers, and product/strategy teams to design, build, and continuously update these connections to be scalable, performant, and widely adopted.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, strategy, engineers, and architects to design and deliver integrations between Vault application suites.
• Own the roadmap for the RIM connection/integration area and coordinate with Vault application product managers.
• Design easy-to-use, scalable, and highly performant connections.
• Drive successful product adoption by evangelizing and supporting connected Vault application suites.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Product Management or Business Analysis for enterprise business applications.
• Proven ability to work with other product managers to deliver products across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, formal presentations).
• Experience integrating complex systems.
• Strong ability to understand and translate data models.
• Self-driven, highly motivated approach.

Nice to Have

• Background/knowledge in Life Sciences regulatory processes, clinical trial management, Quality, and/or promotional materials.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, or Pharmacovigilance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: CAD 75,000 – CAD 165,000 (annual range).
