Product Manager - RIM Connections

Role Overview

Product Manager for RIM Connections at Veeva Systems, driving productized integrations/connections between the Regulatory Information Management (RIM) system and other Vault applications (e.g., Clinical and Quality). You’ll translate business needs into scalable, performant connection capabilities that improve the life sciences R&D process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, strategy, engineers, and architects to design and build connections across Vault application suites.
• Own the roadmap for these application suite connections in coordination with Vault application product managers.
• Design connections that are easy to use, scalable, and highly performant.
• Ensure successful product adoption by evangelizing and supporting connected Vault application suites.
• Work across multiple engineering teams and partner with customers and services to update and deliver integration/productized connection capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management or Business Analyst experience in enterprise business applications.
• Proven ability to deliver products across multiple engineering teams in SaaS/enterprise settings.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentations).
• Experience integrating complex systems.
• Strong ability to understand and translate data models.
• Self-driven, highly motivated attitude.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of life sciences regulatory processes (e.g., clinical trial management, Quality, promotional materials).
• Background in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, or Pharmacovigilance.
