Role Overview

Lead the AI product roadmap and strategic vision for a large-scale healthcare platform, using AI to tackle complex healthcare challenges and improve operational efficiency and member outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product roadmap, vision, and strategy for AI-driven healthcare solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering, data science, and clinical/operations teams to identify high-value AI use cases
• Analyze healthcare data, workflows, and enterprise systems to find opportunities for AI/ML
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
• Drive the full product lifecycle: ideation → delivery → launch → continuous enhancement
• Measure success using KPIs, user adoption metrics, operational improvements, and business outcomes
• Align product strategy with organizational goals in partnership with executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise-scale products
• Proven track record in product strategy, building roadmaps, and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong expertise in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or intelligent automation product development
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry (e.g., healthcare data, claims, payer operations, care management, provider workflows, population health)
• Experience analyzing healthcare systems/data models/business processes to identify AI opportunities
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, analytics, UX, and business leadership
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Experience building AI-powered healthcare products in payer/provider/health tech/digital health environments
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations: HIPAA, FHIR, HL7
• Experience with LLMs, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, conversational AI, or intelligent workflow automation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• MBA or equivalent product leadership experience
