Product Manager (RevTech Engineering)

Role overview

Join Elastic’s Revenue Technology (RevTech) Engineering team as a Product Manager. You will work with a Principal PM to turn strategy into shipped product, with a focus on internal tooling, GenAI-powered workflows, and support experiences.

Key missions

• Partner with engineers to translate field team needs into clear requirements and well-defined feature initiatives.
• Define success metrics before development begins, then use adoption and usage data to refine execution and future planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and feature sets, and track their implementation.

Requirements

• Ability to take ambiguous problems and produce detailed, actionable requirements.
• Comfort discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers (without needing to write code).
• Experience using data to evaluate what’s working and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with a genuine investment in the team’s success.
• Experience working across technical and business contexts.
• Passion for seeing a feature go from idea to adoption.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SQL and/or analytics/product platforms such as Pendo, Amplitude, Fullstory, or Looker.
• Ability to work effectively in remote-first environments.
