Product Manager (Reporting Platform)

Role overview

Join bunch’s Reporting Platform team as a Product Manager (Reporting Platform). You’ll own key parts of the reporting product surface area and workflows, turning complex fund data into investor-grade reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap and execution for reporting workflows and customer-facing reporting experiences.
• Translate domain requirements into product specifications, partnering with engineering and design to define scalable report-generation primitives.
• Define and track success metrics across:
  • adoption
  • report quality
  • operational efficiency
  • reliability
• Maintain a high bar for data integrity and customer trust.
• Focus areas include:
  • report generation workflows
  • configuration and customization
  • data readiness and correctness
  • distribution and delivery experiences
  • observability for reporting runs
  • data input experiences

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of product management experience building B2B fintech products (preferably data-heavy or workflow-heavy).
• Strong product execution skills: shipping, iteration loops, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Comfort working in domains with high correctness requirements (fintech, accounting, reporting, compliance, data platforms).
• Ability to turn complex requirements into simple product surfaces and clear product logic.
• Excellent communication: write clear specs and collaborate with technical and non-technical partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with fund reporting concepts and performance metrics such as NAV, IRR, TVPI, DPI.
• Exposure to investor reporting workflows.
• Analytical mindset to define metrics and investigate root causes.
• Experience with engineering partners building reliable, monitored systems with strong edge-case rigor.
