About the role

Role Overview

Join Nymbus as a Product Manager (Reporting) to drive the day-to-day delivery and evolution of the company’s standard reporting capabilities for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the reporting product roadmap and coordinate Agile delivery.
Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into product improvements.
Oversee quality and delivery of reporting products, ensuring they meet functional requirements and defined quality standards.
Coordinate multiple report developers to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
Manage Agile execution using Jira, including backlog/priority setting and delivery tracking.

Requirements

5+ years in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
Strong experience with core banking platforms or banking operations.
Hands-on experience managing Agile processes and using Jira (or similar).
Proven ability to translate client requirements into product features and development work.
Experience with reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data products.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have / Competencies

Familiarity with data warehousing, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong stakeholder and client communication skills.
Experience in fintech/banking technology platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Customer-focused approach to delivering meaningful value.
