About the role
Role Overview
Product Manager (Remote) at NAS Recruitment Innovation (M3 company). You’ll own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver high-impact recruitment and talent acquisition solutions aligned with market needs and business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead creation and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap; define clear requirements that maximize ROI.
- Apply strong knowledge of AI and LLM capabilities/limitations, including compliance and regulatory considerations for AI in hiring/recruitment.
- Use AI-enabled product management practices, including:
- Writing detailed development requirements for agentic coding workflows
- Leveraging LLM-based research and staying current on AI developments
- Conduct competitive and market trend analyses, technology and business model assessments.
- Use customer discovery methods including focus groups, user interviews, and research to inform short- and long-term planning.
- Lead product releases and go-to-market launches (messaging, communication, adoption accountability).
- Support business case definition, justification, validation, and present recommendations to Senior Management.
- Drive Agile development with Engineering (e.g., sprint planning, backlog management, iterative delivery) with familiarity in Scrum and Kanban.
- Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership, and Client Services from ideation through launch and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
- Associate/bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 7–10+ years experience in software/SaaS/technology-driven services product management (adjacent industries acceptable).
- Proven experience supporting Talent Acquisition functions via recruitment marketing products, HR tech platforms, or similar solutions.
- Actively uses AI tools day-to-day (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or similar) with strong critical thinking to evaluate/refine outputs.
- Has shipped or contributed to AI-enabled products.
Nice to Have
- Deep familiarity with AI-enabled hiring/recruitment contexts and related regulatory/compliance considerations.
- Strong evidence of go-to-market ownership and stakeholder management.
