About the role
Role: Product Manager (Remote)
Own the roadmap, strategy, and delivery for key areas of Joveo’s AI-driven recruitment platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain data-informed product roadmaps using customer research and product strategy
- Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Prioritize the backlog, manage trade-offs, and align stakeholders on scope
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis
- Define, track, and improve product KPIs to measure impact and iterate quickly
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology company
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product solutions
- Data-driven decision making; comfort with analytics tools and SQL basics
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for distributed teams
- Ability to influence without authority and build stakeholder alignment
