About the role

Role overview

You’ll be a Product Manager on a newly formed, VC-backed team building a brand-new multifamily real estate platform from scratch. The work is fully remote and involves close collaboration with a US-based leadership team and an offshore engineering team.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the platform
Define and prioritize product requirements aligned to business goals and user needs
Collaborate with engineering and design and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact features
Translate complex multifamily real estate workflows into scalable product solutions
Lead product discovery: user research, validation, and iteration
Monitor product performance and continuously optimize using data and feedback
Ensure clear communication and alignment across distributed teams

Requirements

2+ years of product management experience
Multifamily real estate experience (must-have)
Proven ability to own products end-to-end in fast-paced environments
Strong stakeholder management and fluent English communication
Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts such as APIs/platforms
Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment

Preferred skills

Experience building platform or API-first products
Background in proptech / real estate technology
Startup and/or VC-backed environment experience
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
