About the role
Role Overview
Product Manager – Prospect Data Teams at Constructor (Remote, Anywhere in the World). You will drive product strategy across two teams—Prospect Data Solutions and Prospect UI Solutions—focused on accelerating and scaling Constructor’s pre-sales success.
Your mission is to reduce time-to-value for prospects by transforming raw prospect data into compelling business cases and automated proof-of-concept demos, while enabling Sales and Account Executive (AE) teams with self-service tools, reports, and narratives.
Responsibilities
A. Pre-Sales Automation & Velocity (Data Solutions focus)
- Proof Schedule Optimization: Own the end-to-end prospect data integration and proof schedule creation process; improve velocity and reduce cycle time.
- Data Strategy & Scaling: Define roadmaps for systems that gather high-quality catalog data and behavioral events from prospects.
- Develop automated JavaScript code and utilities for live data collection.
- Engineer Automation: Identify repetitive engineering tasks and prioritize automation using advanced technologies (e.g., LLMs and agents) so the process scales without linear resource growth.
B. Business Case & Results Optimization (Analyst focus)
- AI Model Fine-Tuning: Define tooling and processes that help teams work closely with AEs to fine-tune AI models for each prospect’s needs.
- Analytical Tools & Reporting: Build tools, reports, and dashboards for better data-driven demos, including business case reporting and forecasts for revenue/conversion lift.
- Storytelling & Examples: Create systems that make it easier to identify strong examples and help AEs tell better stories.
- Product Improvement: Use data exploration and analysis (e.g., SQL, Python) to understand user behavior and identify improvements for core recommendation/search systems.
C. Internal Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Sales Self-Service: Build internal tooling that enables Sales/AEs to handle more proof schedule tasks, reducing dependencies on Engineering and Data Analysts.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate to align stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Data, and Product) on goals and execution.
Requirements
- Product leadership across systems that transform prospect data into pre-sales outcomes (business cases, demos, proof schedule workflows).
- Ability to define data roadmaps for collecting catalog and behavioral event data.
- Strong analytical and tooling mindset to build reporting/dashboards and support AI model tuning and demo effectiveness.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building automation workflows involving LLMs/agents.
- Hands-on data analysis skills with SQL and Python.
- Ability to develop or specify JavaScript utilities for live data collection.
- Experience enabling non-technical stakeholders (AEs/Sales) with self-service tools and narratives.
