Role overview

Product Manager, Product Innovation at Rockstar (remote; anywhere in the world). You’ll thrive in ambiguity to take ideas from 0→1, prototype quickly, and validate them through real user impact. You will drive experimentation across the platform and shape new ways for educators to create content and for students to engage.

Key responsibilities

Discovery (0→1)

• Identify and validate new opportunities to improve how educators and students interact with the platform
• Lead 0→1 product discovery: define problems and opportunities where the solution isn’t yet clear
• Use data insights, user research, and rapid experimentation to form hypotheses and uncover high-impact educator use cases
• Prototype and test concepts with design and engineering, balancing creativity with technical feasibility
• Frame product bets combining educational value, technical innovation, and strategic potential

Execution

• Drive end-to-end product development for early-stage ideas, from concept through first release
• Translate ambiguous ideas into product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
• Partner with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and architectural scalability as prototypes move toward production
• Facilitate rapid iteration and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, technically robust solutions

Collaboration

Work closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and educators to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and deliver solutions.
