Role Overview

Product Manager (Pro Fulfillment) at Thumbtack (full remote). You’ll shape user experiences and drive measurable outcomes for a two-sided marketplace connecting home-service customers with local pros.

Key Missions

Define the product vision and challenge the status quo to deliver lasting customer impact.
Turn ambitious ideas into strong product/business cases, ensuring resources and leading execution with clear success criteria.
Drive high-impact initiatives from seed to scale, and continuously evaluate and stop/adjust initiatives that don’t meet success standards.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to craft and improve marketplace experiences.
Lead cross-functional alignment around product outcomes and success measures.

Requirements

Proven track record launching impactful consumer mobile or web products that users love.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with solid business acumen.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration; able to consider multiple perspectives and align stakeholders cross-functionally.
Strong user-centric thinking and product sense; ability to empathize with users and deliver great experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong judgment and comfort working with AI.
