About the role
Role Overview
Product Manager (Pricing & Product Operations) focused on scaling pricing strategy and product monetization. You’ll drive data-informed decisions, improve pricing operations, and build infrastructure (dashboards and processes) to support rapid product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Pricing Strategy, and Sales to develop pricing strategies for new and existing products
- Perform pricing performance analysis, including:
- Customer segmentation
- Customer interviews
- Competitive benchmarking
- Optimize pricing & packaging based on insights
- Build and maintain pricing dashboards including:
- AI-driven forecasting
- Anomaly detection to flag pricing leakage or usage spikes
- Coordinate go-to-market readiness and execute the NPI (New Product Introduction) process
- Provide ongoing deal support and ensure data consistency and operational scalability
Requirements
- 4+ years in pricing, product ops, strategy, or business operations roles (preferably tech/SaaS)
- Experience with pricing for subscription or usage-based products
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Expert with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools are a plus
- Familiarity with product lifecycles, monetization mechanics, and operational systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, ERP)
Nice-to-haves
- Early adopter of AI with experience using automation to increase efficiency of Pricing & Product Ops
- Proficiency leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for market research, drafting pricing documentation, and automating routine tasks
