About the role

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Pike13, you will guide product development from concept through launch and iteration. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth, using technical expertise to ensure scalability, efficiency, and market relevance.

Responsibilities

Product Management & Strategy

Act as the primary product manager for Pike13 products.
Work with the executive team to identify, plan, and prioritize product requirements and release plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy, design, and implementation.
Perform market and competitor analysis to find trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and product expansion, including strategic AI and automation applications.

Technical Project Management & Execution

Lead technical project management for high-value initiatives.
Drive product development processes for timely delivery and quality.
Monitor product performance and KPIs, adjusting strategy to maximize impact.
Work in an agile continuous delivery environment.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

Conduct product demos and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Translate business goals into customer needs and technical capabilities.
Convert requirements into technical specifications with engineering and design.
Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Create and publish release notes and product updates for internal and external audiences.
Develop product expertise; assist with troubleshooting and customer/stakeholder inquiries.

User & Market Research

Gather and analyze user feedback and data to guide iterations.
Run rapid prototyping and iterative validation with users to test hypotheses and refine solutions.
Occasionally travel to visit clients and conduct product discovery (prototype walkthroughs, usability sessions).

AI & Innovation Enablement

Evaluate and use AI tools to improve product capabilities, internal workflows, and decision-making.
Identify customer-focused AI use cases that enhance efficiency, insights, or user experience.
Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and assess applicability to the Pike13 platform.
