Product Manager, Partner

Role Overview

MoonPay is hiring a Product Manager, Partner to solve problems for MoonPay’s Web3 partners and their customers. The role focuses on advancing MoonPay’s core On Ramp & Off Ramp (“Ramps”) offerings and driving new product and service ideas to expand revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and OKRs for your product team within MoonPay’s B2B2C organization.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, compliance, and design to build innovative features and/or new products.
• Define what’s next for MoonPay’s core Ramps products and explore new offerings to diversify revenue.
• Drive stablecoin initiatives and bring products to life with a focus on security, scalability, and global accessibility.
• Work with key partners and enable product discovery through direct communication with top Web3 apps.
• Ensure launches meet high standards for usability and regulatory integrity across customer experience and core infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain.
• Demonstrated track record leading product initiatives from discovery to execution.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including top players, products, and emerging trends/technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with CEOs/CTOs/CPOs and translate partner needs into product value.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup/scale-up environment and moving quickly.
• Technical and data-centric, outcome-focused; able to deliver in days not weeks.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with stablecoin-related product work and regulatory/compliance-heavy launches is strongly aligned with the role focus.
