Role overview

Product Manager for a full-time remote position focused on leading the development and growth of SaaS applications. Own product strategy, roadmap definition, and cross-functional delivery to create exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Drive product strategy and define/own the product roadmap
Lead development efforts across cross-functional teams to deliver SaaS improvements
Translate customer needs into product vision and clear requirements
Use data and customer insight to support roadmap and prioritization

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS
Proven experience launching and growing SaaS products
Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
Experience with user research and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

Technical background/understanding of software development
Experience with SaaS product management tools such as Jira or Trello
Familiarity with UX design principles
Experience in the prop tech industry/vertical

Compensation & benefits

$120K–$150K starting salary
3 weeks PTO, paid birthday day off
