About the role

Role Overview

Product Manager – Orders Management (Senior Care) at PointClickCare. This is a 12-month contract role based in the USA (Remote) with in-office travel/events to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful delivery of Orders Management products and related functionality.
  • Own product outcomes and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Support migration tooling, onboarding tools, and clinical workflows for senior care buildings.
  • Create compelling user/customer value while driving strategic business growth.
  • Balance tactical execution with strategic planning across the product portfolio.
  • Engage directly with customers and collaborate cross-functionally to solve meaningful problems.

Requirements

  • Ability to translate complex problems into clear direction and actionable insight.
  • Comfort engaging with customers and working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong growth mindset and curiosity focused on continuously improving outcomes.

  • Interest in shaping AI-powered order management for senior care.

Location / Travel

  • Remote (USA) with periodic in-office events requiring travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual/annual meetings.
