Product Manager

Role Overview

Nucleus Security is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute product strategy, roadmap, development, and GTM for a key area of the product experience: the UI/UX platform. You’ll prioritize high-impact solutions to customer problems and help drive launches for an expanding, rapidly growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ UI/UX platform, including custom analytics and frontend customization features.
• Drive strategic decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends.
• Define and analyze product performance metrics, and improve outcomes over time.
• Gather requirements by soliciting ideas/feedback and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Partner with engineering to deliver shippable products.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management experience for a technology company.
• Ownership experience of B2B SaaS products with a UX focus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Proven experience working on highly technical products with complex technical requirements.
• Strong written/verbal communication and analytical/presentation skills.
• Comfort working with fully remote/distributed Agile teams across multiple time zones.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with ownership of problems and solutions.
• Track record of delivering meaningful enhancements for enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in vulnerability management or related cybersecurity domains.
• Experience integrating native generative AI functionality (e.g., natural language search, agentic workflows).
• Experience shipping products within an AI-enhanced SDLC context.
