Product Manager

Role Overview

Product Manager reporting directly to the CEO at Nebuly. You will own a core product role at the intersection of customer insight, engineering execution, and design excellence, helping define, ship, and raise the bar for every feature.

What You’ll Do

• Drive feature definition: write clear, thorough PRDs and feature specs with enough detail for engineering to build without ambiguity.
• Own quality: review features before release; if it doesn’t meet the bar, it doesn’t ship.
• Prioritize ruthlessly: partner with the CEO to decide what to build next using data and customer insight.
• Be the voice of the customer: regularly talk with customers and work with the revenue team to gather structured feedback, identify patterns, and inform the roadmap.
• Keep the product coherent: ensure a fast shipping pace still results in an intuitive, consistent, and delightful user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years building products, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong customer obsession and proactive feedback gathering.
• Excellent prioritization instincts (ability to say no with confidence).
• Pixel-level attention to design quality, UX consistency, and detail.
• Strong written communication, with PRDs that are structured and unambiguous.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma (from quick wireframes to polished UI specs).
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade analytics/observability/BI platforms, including typical security, compliance, and governance constraints.
• Enough technical fluency to work effectively with engineers and understand tradeoffs.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
