Product Manager

Role: Product Manager (US Remote, Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Translate product vision into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business goals, customer insights, and technical feasibility.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Info Gov landscape, user needs, and AI/tech trends.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market.
• AI-Driven Innovation
  • Design and validate AI Native features for Information Governance workflows (e.g., Classification, Retention, Search).
  • Collaborate with engineering to apply agentic frameworks and adaptive logic.
  • Identify and test new AI/ML applications that improve productivity, insight, or compliance.
• Execution & Delivery
  • Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming with agile squads.
  • Write clear user stories and product requirements to enable rapid iteration.
  • Coordinate with engineering and QA for timely, high-quality releases.
  • Use frameworks such as Lean Product Management to guide decisions and iteration.
  • Manage and communicate roadmap priorities.
• Customer & Market Engagement
  • Run customer research, interviews, and feedback loops to validate and prioritize.
  • Work with legal SMEs and Customer Success on user challenges and regulatory needs.
  • Track product KPIs and drive continuous improvement using data.
• Collaboration & Culture
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on value proposition and competitive insights.
  • Align stakeholders across engineering, design, and others to ensure delivery matches product vision.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and customer obsession.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience (preferably B2B SaaS or enterprise software).
• Proven track record shipping AI/ML or GenAI-powered features in production.
• Strong understanding of agile product development.
• Experience with AI Product Management approaches/methods.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with document management professionals or work in regulated industries.
• Technical background or close collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
• Exposure to Azure or enterprise cloud services.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.
