Product Manager

Role Overview

Product Manager (US-based, remote) at MobexHealth. You’ll lead product vision + execution for a configurable healthcare platform (not traditional roadmap execution), bridging healthcare complexity with systems thinking to improve real-world member outcomes.

What You’ll Own

• Define and drive product strategy across configurable healthcare platforms
• Architect and evolve a modular software engine enabling rapid configuration across:
  • Medicaid & Medicare programs
  • MCOs and state deployments
  • Diverse populations and care models
• Translate complex healthcare requirements into scalable, reusable product components
• Lead innovation across:
  • Digital health access (mobile, kiosk, home-based platforms)
  • SDOH and community-based care models
  • Care coordination, engagement, and navigation tools
• Convert ideas into deployable products using configurable modules (not one-off builds) with measurable outcomes such as engagement, ER diversion, and cost savings
• Partner directly with CEO/executive leadership, plus engineering, clinical, and client stakeholders
• Identify and remove blockers across product, engineering, and operations
• Maintain a platform-first mindset: build once, deploy many
• Demo platforms virtually to clients

• Increased member engagement and experience across deployed platforms
• Faster product deployment cycles via modular architecture
• Clear, compelling ROI storytelling for clients (health plans, state agencies)

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in product management or product leadership
• Proven U.S. healthcare experience (Medicaid/Medicare required/strongly preferred)
• Experience building platforms/configurable systems (not just features)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and project management tools
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude)
• Ability to travel up to 15% to clients and to HQ in Las Vegas, NV

Nice-to-Haves / Emphasis

• Familiarity with ecosystems such as MCOs, LTSS/HCBS, behavioral health, and community-based care
• Ability to work in ambiguity and thrive in small, high-impact teams
• Creative/non-traditional approach to designing solutions for real-world environments (e.g., rural communities and complex care journeys)

Not a Fit If

• You prefer structured, slow-moving environments focused only on roadmap execution
• You lack U.S. healthcare systems experience
• You’re uncomfortable engaging leadership and clients
