About the role

Role: Product Manager (Enterprise Agentic AI)

You’ll sit at the intersection of enterprise customers, technology, and business strategy to shape and deliver AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise customers to understand workflows, pain points, and business objectives.
Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market insights, and usage data to guide product decisions.
Work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-impact features.
Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, valuable customer experiences.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, launch, and adoption.
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support releases and drive customer adoption.
Monitor product performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Serve as the voice of the customer while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.

Requirements

Proven Product Manager experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology products.
Ability to define product requirements and convert customer needs into actionable roadmaps.
Experience working closely with software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or agentic AI technologies.
Background in enterprise software, workflow automation, or platform products.
Experience building products for technical users/developer-focused audiences.
Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
Experience launching and scaling new products or product lines.
Technical background or experience working closely with highly technical teams.
