Role overview

As a Product Manager at Olmatic, you help shape innovative, data-driven products by identifying market opportunities early and ensuring the team builds the right solutions for customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Create impactful products by translating customer needs and market research into clear product goals and feature definitions.
• Own product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features and validating product-market fit through ongoing customer feedback and market research.
• Lead cross-functional delivery by working closely with Engineering, UX/UI, and Marketing to ship high-quality products on time.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to monitor trends, identify advantages, and develop differentiation and positioning strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in product management for digital or technical products (ideally software/SaaS or renewable energy).
• Ability to turn complex customer needs into user stories and clear product specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile methods and tools such as Jira and Notion.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and high customer orientation.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
