Product Manager (m/w/d)

Role overview

You are the Product Manager responsible for the further development of Matera’s SaaS solution for real estate property management in Germany (app & platform). You set priorities, work closely with teams in Germany and Paris, and act as the central point of contact for the German market.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product vision and strategy for Germany using data, market, and competitive analysis
• Own and prioritize the Germany product roadmap in close alignment with local teams
• Co-deliver roadmap initiatives with Tech, Design, GenAI, and Operations
• Create and maintain PRDs with clear rationale, context, and KPI targets
• Coordinate releases and cross-functional communication/coordination with business stakeholders
• Measure product success, communicate results, and drive optimizations

Requirements

• Must-have: C2-level German and French
• Live in Berlin and enjoy working regularly on-site with the team (hybrid; at least three days/week)
• 1–4 years product management experience (ideally in a startup environment)
• Comfortable using AI in your PM day-to-day for analysis, automation, and prototyping
• Works well in a fast-paced environment; can drive topics independently
• Structured working style, clear communication, and strong cross-team collaboration

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working directly with international teams (Germany/Paris)

Work model & location

• Berlin (hybrid)
• Start: immediately
• Occasional travel to Paris to spend time with the Product and Tech team

Compensation & benefits

• €55,000–75,000 gross per year, depending on experience
