Role overview

Lively is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and delivery across B2B and B2C surfaces. You’ll help improve how employers administer benefits and how employees engage with them, including AI-powered agent experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and delivery across multiple product surfaces:
- Employer dashboard
- Broker portal
- Employee-facing app
- AI-powered agent experiences
Work at the intersection of healthcare benefits, fintech, and applied AI
Build products that meaningfully impact users’ financial health

Requirements

Experience as a Product Manager with senior-level ownership of product strategy and execution
Ability to lead product delivery across both B2B and B2C

Nice to haves

Background or strong interest in healthcare benefits, fintech, and/or applied AI

Location / work model

Remote-first, with company headquarters in San Francisco and employees across the US.
