Product Manager

Role Overview

You’ll be a Product Manager shaping and delivering financial technology (fintech) products in a highly regulated digital asset ecosystem. Own end-to-end product development across trading, onboarding, custody, and brokerage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end from discovery → launch → iteration for trading, onboarding, custody, and brokerage workflows.
• Translate business, technical, and regulatory needs into BRDs/PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability.
• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming) and support cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and external financial partners to ensure clear requirements and delivery.
• Maintain structured, traceable documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics and adoption data to guide iteration and prioritization.
• Support testing, release cycles, and user onboarding materials (guides and release notes).
• Serve as a key point of contact for product questions across trading, settlement, custody, and compliance workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management/product ownership/business analysis in fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology.
• Experience with financial products such as trading systems, payments, lending, custody, brokerage, or adjacent domains.
• Strong understanding of financial workflows: onboarding, transaction processing, settlement, and/or compliance processes.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience using Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.
• Ability to convert complex financial/technical/regulatory requirements into clear product specifications.
• Strong cross-functional communication with engineering, business, compliance, and external partners.
• Proven ability to write detailed user stories, process flows, and product documentation.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., FINRA/SEC) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Fintech startup experience; exposure to digital assets, blockchain platforms, API integrations, or broker-dealer systems.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure in fast-evolving product environments.
