Product Manager

Role Overview

Product Manager for a fast-scaling, AI-enabled healthcare workforce platform. You will own and shape key product areas spanning how health systems schedule, staff, and manage clinical labor, partnering closely with customers, engineering, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for core platform modules (e.g., scheduling, on-demand staffing, vendor management).
• Define product roadmaps and drive delivery against key KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Act as a domain expert: understand users, workflows, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform product direction.
• Lead product discovery using qualitative and quantitative research to identify opportunities and define high-impact solutions.
• Use AI tools to prototype, analyze product behavior, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
• Communicate product plans clearly and align stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience with proven ownership of B2B software products and measurable business impact.
• Strong product discovery and roadmap development experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis (querying data, interpreting metrics, turning insights into product decisions).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and accelerating product development.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
