Role Overview

Interviews Chat is seeking a Product Manager to own product discovery, prioritization, and execution as the company scales its AI-powered interview preparation products.

Responsibilities

Own and refine the product roadmap based on user feedback and data.
Turn user problems into clear product requirements, including tradeoffs.
Partner with engineering to scope features realistically and ship iteratively.
Collect and synthesize feedback from support, analytics, and direct user conversations.
Define success metrics and evaluate whether releases actually move the needle.
Bring clarity and focus when competing ideas vie for attention.

Requirements

Experience as a Product Manager on a SaaS or tech product.
Strong product judgment; able to say “no” and justify decisions.
Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
Clear written communication in English.

Nice to Haves

Experience working closely with founders or in early-stage startups.
