Role Overview

Product Manager (Remote, US-based)

Support an operations-driven product team for a large telecom provider.
Partner with Engineering/IT, Finance, the Network Operations Center, and other stakeholders to identify pain points and define improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into:
- Clear requirements
- User stories
- Process maps
- Acceptance criteria
Participate in planning and delivery alignment activities (e.g., workshops, requirements sessions, stand-ups).
Support execution by tracking:
- Milestones
- Risks
- Dependencies
- Follow up with owners to keep initiatives moving.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by:
- Developing use cases
- Coordinating test cycles
- Documenting results
- Ensuring issues are resolved prior to go-live.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management (or equivalent domain expertise)
Telecom industry experience
Experience with implementations or migrations with ServiceNow
Familiarity with productivity/project tools such as:
- Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Google Sheets
Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide insights

Contract Details

6-month contract with extension and/or conversion highly possible
Pay: $55–58/hr USD while on contract
