About the role
Role overview
Infatica.io is looking for an experienced, highly autonomous Product Manager to lead early-stage product development end-to-end. You will own products from idea validation and MVP launch through iteration and scaling, primarily in B2C, with optional exposure to B2B.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, MVP definition, launch, iteration
- Build, test, and iterate MVPs rapidly using data and user feedback
- Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics
- Manage and prioritize multiple products simultaneously
- Set up and analyze product analytics (funnels, cohorts) and experiments
- Make data-driven decisions balancing business and user needs
- Collaborate with remote and outsourced development teams
- Use AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, analytics, and productivity
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience running early-stage products, primarily B2C
- High ownership, independence, and comfort in a fast-paced distributed environment
- Proven ability to run MVPs and hypothesis-driven development
- Strong product analytics skills: metrics, A/B testing, tracking setup
- Experience working with technical products (software development background or strong technical understanding)
- Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
Nice to have
- Experience launching products from zero to product-market fit
- Startup / fast-paced environment experience
- Russian language knowledge is an advantage
