Product Manager II - Reporting & Analytics

Role Overview

Equip Health is seeking a Product Manager II – Reporting & Analytics to improve the user experience of its in-house data analytics platform for clinical and operations stakeholders. The role focuses on how data is organized, curated, discovered, and used across the organization as Equip scales its self-serve data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical, operations, and product development teams to identify data initiatives aligned to both departmental and organizational goals.
• Advocate for stakeholder needs when collaborating with analysts, data engineering, application development, and other cross-functional partners (including third parties).
• Create and drive the product strategy and roadmap for analytics user experience and other data consumers.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to deliver the data roadmap with clear timelines and successful launches.
• Iterate on features using testing, user research, and market analysis, deriving insights to improve user/customer satisfaction.
• Produce PRDs including business case, value proposition, trade-offs, and user stories.
• Drive execution from development through launch in an Agile/Scrum process (standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos, and other ceremonies).
• Monitor usage and satisfaction to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Improve data literacy and enable meaningful self-service analytics.
• Operate with high autonomy in a growing, early-stage environment and continuously improve product development efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to use a rigorous, creative product management approach to improve complex data products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders and technical teams to define and deliver analytics initiatives.
• Comfort working in an Agile/Scrum environment with active participation in execution ceremonies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience improving analytics/reporting products and/or enabling self-serve data experiences.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management across clinical/operations domains.
• Demonstrated use of user research and testing to iterate on features.
