What you’ll do
- Own key audience touchpoints: websites, newsletters, and CMS editorial interfaces.
- Partner with Editorial and Design to shape experiences that feel “Brew-y” while supporting distinct brand voices.
- Lead initiatives to improve content discovery, navigation, and engagement (e.g., personalization and cross-surface consistency).
- Conduct user research, synthesize feedback/insights, and define product priorities and tradeoffs.
- Drive projects that strengthen audience connection and trust, creating engaging, habit-forming experiences.
- Collaborate on new editorial formats and storytelling experiments.
- Work with Analytics & Insights to define and track experience-level metrics and translate insights into decisions.
- Evaluate emerging tools and workflows to responsibly scale and personalize content experiences.
- Stay current on media industry innovations to identify where Morning Brew can win.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in media, consumer, or content.
- Strong user empathy and passion for content-driven consumer experiences.
