Product Manager

Role Overview

iConsultera is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative products. This is a fully remote role working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business to define product vision, roadmap, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals
• Collaborate with engineering and design stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and user research
• Write PRDs and user stories
• Manage the product backlog and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Track product performance using KPIs and analytics
• Lead product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales
• Iterate continuously using user feedback and data insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related (MBA is a plus)
• 3–7+ years of product management (or related) experience
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or tech products
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles
• Experience with product analytics tools: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineers
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
