About the role

Role Overview

Strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to lead product development and delivery in a fully remote environment. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to define product vision, roadmap, and execution.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Gather, prioritize, and translate product requirements from customer needs and business goals
Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
Perform market research, competitor analysis, and user research
Write PRDs and user stories
Manage the product backlog and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Track product performance using KPIs and analytics tools
Lead product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales
Iterate based on user feedback and data insights while ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
3–7+ years of product management (or related) experience
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven decision making
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or other tech products
Familiarity with UX/UI principles
Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
Technical background or experience working closely with engineers
Experience in startups or high-growth environments
