Product Manager (Full Remote)

Join Hypori as a Product Manager, taking strategically important initiatives from market and customer insight through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

Lead product initiatives end-to-end (from definition through launch) with minimal oversight
Own the product outcome for your area
Set the product vision and roadmap using market trends, customer needs, and business priorities; adjust direction as new evidence arrives
Define and track key metrics; use data to decide what to build next (e.g., churn/adoption-driven prioritization)
Manage the full product lifecycle and make evidence-based decisions

Requirements

Product sense: decide what to build and why, balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical tradeoffs (e.g., build vs. buy)
Data fluency: define meaningful metrics, interpret signals, and justify product decisions
Experience building always-on SaaS enterprise software
Track record delivering results in a matrixed organization, partnering closely with engineering without direct authority
5+ years in Product Management, with ownership of initiatives end-to-end and accountability for outcomes
Ability to lead a high-impact, ambiguous project to completion without a ready-made playbook
Deep technical platform understanding and ability to leverage it with engineering and customers
Strong written and verbal communication; comfort with ambiguity and momentum-building
Hands-on experience with wireframes/mockups (e.g., Figma or similar)

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
