Product Manager (Hospital Solutions)

Role Overview

Product Manager (Hospital Solutions) at Doximity (full remote). You will drive growth of the hospital partnerships business by improving existing products and building new ones in collaboration with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Own the mission, strategy, goals, and metrics for the hospital partnerships business.
• Lead an Agile/Scrum process to define the product roadmap with R&D and commercial stakeholders.
• Drive feature development from conception through launch.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop and enhance partnerships.
• Work with sales and client success to optimize product strategy and outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant Product Manager experience.
• Results-oriented mindset: identify core problems, align teams, and ship solutions.
• Strong analytical skills; use data to guide decisions.
• Clear communication and ability to maintain relationships with diverse R&D and commercial partners.
• Detail-oriented, self-auditing approach.
• “MacGyver” attitude: creative, persistent, resourceful to get things done.

Nice to Have

• Healthcare experience, including familiarity with claims data and/or referral flows.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Hex, Looker, Tableau).
• Comfort with SQL.
