About the role

Role Overview

Join a high-impact team supporting a Clinical Platform within the Medicaid business. This fully remote role focuses on shaping product strategy, partnering cross-functionally, and helping modernize enterprise healthcare platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead product initiatives from planning through delivery across enterprise healthcare platforms
Support a clinical platform used in a large Medicaid environment
Partner with technical, operational, and business stakeholders to define product strategy and priorities
Identify product gaps, process improvements, and enhancement opportunities
Translate business needs into product requirements and actionable roadmaps
Collaborate with SaaS vendors and enterprise delivery teams
Monitor platform/project performance and help drive delivery timelines
Support platform modernization and transformation efforts
Manage product lifecycle activities using ADO, Jira Align, and Jira

Requirements

5+ years of product management or technical experience
Hands-on experience with clinical platforms
Experience collaborating with SaaS vendors and enterprise stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Bachelor’s degree required
Passion for improving healthcare and consumer experiences

Nice to Have

Medicaid or payer industry experience
Experience supporting healthcare technology modernization efforts
Experience working in an Agile environment
Familiarity with enterprise product management tools (e.g., ADO, Jira Align)
