Role Overview
Product Manager, Growth at Samsara. The Growth Product team builds products and systems that accelerate Samsara’s go-to-market engine—converting customer demand into revenue across the customer lifecycle (acquisition through renewal).
What You’ll Do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for growth products powering Samsara’s revenue engine (customer acquisition funnels, revenue pipeline generation, lead management infrastructure).
- Build and scale lead-generating products such as Direct Mail and referral loops.
- Improve and extend the lead management platform (ingests, enriches, matches, deduplicates, and scores inbound leads) to increase data quality, processing speed, and conversion rates.
- Apply AI and LLMs to GTM workflows, including:
- improving lead scoring models,
- automating content generation,
- enriching data with AI agents,
- building smarter seller-facing tools.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Revenue Technology, and GTM teams to identify pain points and drive product outcomes tied to revenue pipeline and leads.
