Key missions

• Maximize user volume and velocity through the funnel by leading a growth pod.
• Run a relentless experimentation cadence with engineering and growth marketing teams (from hypotheses to shipped iterations).
• Define, instrument, and improve funnel metrics, ensuring measurement is in place and actively working to move results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineering, growth marketing, and cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, CS, operations, and senior leadership).
• Drive improvements by identifying what to test, tracking outcomes, and iterating quickly.
• Own and explain funnel performance: demonstrate how metrics were selected and moved.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, with meaningful time on growth, lifecycle, or full-funnel work.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with:
  • SQL
  • experimentation frameworks
  • challenging flawed analysis
• Demonstrated ownership of product metrics (able to walk through a funnel you moved and how).
• Track record of shipping experiments quickly and interpreting results honestly.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with empathy and good listening.
• Cross-team collaboration experience, including working effectively with engineering and go-to-market teams.
• Fluency with AI tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in sustainability, supply chain, food systems, or climate tech.
• Experience with technical or data-heavy products.
