Role Overview

Product Manager Growth at 12Go Asia — a technical PM role bridging product, engineering, and marketing. You’ll own the marketing technology stack that connects the platform to where travelers discover it, building systems that make campaigns possible, measurable, and scalable.

This role is focused on three areas:

Paid Acquisition (PPC & Mobile)
Technical SEO
LLM Discovery (making inventory accessible to AI agents and chatbots)

Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & Mobile Integrations
- Manage Google Ads and other ad platform integrations via APIs and Tag Manager
- Support campaign scaling across markets and internal tooling for campaign management
- Drive mobile growth using app campaign measurement tools and platforms
- Build/own attribution systems (Web→App, affiliate tracking, UTMs)
Technical SEO
- Own SEO infrastructure: sitemaps, indexing, robots.txt, meta tags, redirects, URL structure
- Partner with SEO/content teams and manage content delivery at scale
- Use tools like Google Search Console and Semrush to support SEO execution
LLM Discovery (AI)
- Define a strategy for visibility in AI/LLM platforms
- Build integrations to distribute inventory to AI ecosystems

Requirements (Must-have)

4+ years in Product Management or MarTech
Growth and performance marketing experience (not campaign execution, but product/systems to enable it)
Google Ads and attribution knowledge
Mobile measurement experience including ATT
Comfort owning backlogs, writing specs, and driving sprints
Technical SEO understanding

Nice-to-have

Experience with marketing tools, consent/privacy, and affiliate systems
Exposure to LLM/AI discovery
Background in marketplace / e-commerce / OTA
