About the role
Role: Product Manager (Senior)
As a Senior Product Manager at Grow Therapy, you’ll define product direction, prioritize work to drive measurable outcomes, and help shape product culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and define clear roadmaps with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Design, Analytics, Go-to-Market).
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, ensuring quality and customer value.
- Partner with engineering teams to make tradeoffs across complexity, user experience, and business impact.
- Use data and insights (including qualitative insights and user research) to inform decisions and measure product impact.
- Communicate product vision, opportunity framing, and progress to senior leadership.
- Mentor and collaborate with other product managers to foster shared learning and continuous improvement.
- Align stakeholders on product goals and success metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building digital products with user-centric outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort partnering with technical teams; able to translate between business needs and technical implementation.
- Excellent communication and influence across levels.
- Track record of owning product outcomes, prioritizing effectively, and navigating tradeoffs with clarity.
- Technical foundation (e.g., engineering background, CS degree, or significant technical product experience).
- Hands-on data and systems experience, including APIs, infrastructure products, or platform services.
- Experience in consumer-facing or data-intensive product domains.
- Experience working with mobile products and performance optimization.
Nice to Have / Additional Context
- Open to a broad range of senior PM backgrounds, with particular interest in candidates with a technical product management foundation.
Location & Work Model
- Located in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
- Hybrid or fully remote:
- Hybrid: onsite from NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub 3 days/week (Tue/Wed/Thu)
- Fully remote: available for eligible candidates
- Travel: 2–3 times per year for company/department off-sites.
