Product Manager

Role Overview

Product Manager – Liquid Program (Contract-to-Hire) You will lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Liquid platform, the primary system Trade Development uses to establish, manage, distribute, and track supplier sales goals, while integrating seamlessly with a sister application.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Liquid platform aligned to commercial objectives.
• Act as Product Owner: manage and prioritize the product backlog, partnering with the sister application Product Owner to deliver an integrated user experience.
• Translate user needs and business priorities into end-to-end digital solutions for Trade Development teams.
• Drive delivery across the product lifecycle with engineering, UX/design, architecture, and data science.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Trade Development to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment.
• Define and validate new features using test-and-learn, leveraging customer feedback, analytics, and business metrics.
• Build AI-enabled capabilities to automate workflows and personalize interactions.
• Establish and monitor success metrics (e.g., reduced planning effort, increased adoption, improved operational efficiency).
• Maintain strong cross-functional communication to ensure priorities are understood and executed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management / Product Owner experience, including strategy, roadmaps, and backlog ownership.
• Proven ability to drive a product roadmap from concept through delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience leading technical product delivery with engineering/UX/design/architecture in an Agile environment.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into prioritized, user-centric product features.
• Analytical mindset using data and product metrics to guide decisions.
• Preferred: experience with Jira and Miro.
• Plus: experience with AI-enabled products, workflow automation, enterprise SaaS, or commercial planning solutions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or product management certification preferred.

Location / Work Model

• Remote, but must be located near one of: Dallas, Miramar/Miami, Seattle, Minneapolis, or Atlanta.
