Product Manager (Global Remote)

Role Overview

Amego is hiring a Product Manager (Global Remote) to join its product team. This is a hands-on execution role focused on translating business needs into clear requirements and driving development projects end-to-end, with extensive use of AI.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements via stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research
• Write and maintain evidence-based product documentation, including:
  • evals, user stories, acceptance criteria
  • process flows and technical specifications
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing by business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility
• Manage end-to-end delivery using Agile (Scrum/Kanban):
  • sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, and others to ensure correct implementation
• Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and blockers; provide status updates and proactively escalate issues
• Facilitate UAT, coordinate feedback, and support feature launches
• Perform light data analysis and competitive research to validate requirements and measure post-launch impact
• Contribute to the product roadmap and continuously improve documentation and delivery processes

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in product management, product/business analysis, or project management (tech/SaaS experience preferred)
• Proven ability to write clear, detailed requirements and user stories that drive outcomes
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices
• Hands-on experience with project management/documentation tools, primarily GitHub and Notion
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Exceptional written/verbal communication and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and collaborating across functions

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with technical concepts (APIs, databases) and basic UI/UX principles
• Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel and New Relic, and design tools like Figma
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSM)
• Background in events
