About the role
Role Overview
Hirevue is hiring a Product Manager (Fully Remote, USA) to help shape products that power how organizations evaluate talent at scale. You’ll work on high-impact, complex problems at the core of the hiring platform, partnering with Product Design, Engineering, and Data Science to turn customer needs into measurable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate Hirevue strategy and customer problems into clear product direction.
- Define and own a product vision and roadmap, balancing near-term customer value with long-term platform growth.
- Lead initiatives end-to-end from idea to launch, including:
- Hypothesis creation and discovery
- Requirements, prototyping, delivery
- Post-launch learning
- Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to build intuitive, scalable experiences for customers and candidates.
- Own backlog prioritization and make trade-offs using customer insight, data, and business impact.
- Keep cross-functional teams aligned through planning sessions, standups, backlog refinement, and readiness reviews.
- Support launches in partnership with Product Marketing and Operations, including positioning, pricing/packaging, forecasting, and enablement.
- Take ownership of product areas/themes with accountability for adoption, retention, and outcomes.
- Define and track success metrics, learn continuously, and improve based on results.
- Share roadmaps and insights with leadership and partners.
- Provide support via training, documentation, and deep-dive conversations when needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role (Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Project Management).
- Experience building data-driven or evaluation-based products (bonus for hiring/skills/measurement-heavy solutions).
- Strong SaaS experience and comfort working cross-functionally.
- Bias toward action with thoughtful prioritization.
- Clear communication skills; ability to influence without formal authority.
- Curiosity and empathy with a commitment to continuous learning.
Nice to Have
- Experience specifically in hiring, skills, or other measurement-heavy evaluation domains.
