About the role

Role Overview

PadSplit is hiring a Product Manager (Fully Remote) to lead the Supply Growth pod within the Marketplace team. You’ll define and execute a product roadmap that accelerates new property activations and enables scalable supply growth, working across product, sales, marketing, and support.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and continuously refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Supply Growth using data, customer insights, and business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner daily with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Support to scope, build, and launch high-impact initiatives.
  • Roadmap Prioritization: Balance short-term activation wins with long-term platform investments using structured prioritization and clear tradeoffs.
  • User Discovery: Run interviews, usability testing, and research to validate hypotheses and keep the product user-centric.
  • Agile Leadership: Lead sprint rituals (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and bug triage) for high-quality delivery.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze funnel metrics, activation KPIs, and market data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • Experimentation & Iteration: Scope, launch, evaluate, and iterate on experiments to improve user experience and core supply growth metrics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management (or comparable experience) delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Marketplace/domain experience in marketplace business, real estate, investing, or similarly supply-constrained environments.
  • Growth fluency: strong command of acquisition funnels and KPIs; ability to write simple SQL queries.
  • Analytical rigor: translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable product decisions.
  • Experimentation skills: scoping, launching, and evaluating product experiments.
  • Stakeholder leadership: build alignment and influence across diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem solving and strong ownership with a bias toward action.
  • AI leverage: experience using (or ability to quickly ramp on) modern AI tools for discovery, execution, and analysis.

  • Video interview with Head of Product (~45 min)
  • Video panel with stakeholders (~1 hour) including a mini-case exercise
  • Final video panel interview (~2 hours) with additional stakeholders
