Role overview

Oula is seeking a technically-minded Product Manager to own and evolve its core technology stack—where the product integrates directly into the company’s EHR rather than sitting alongside it. The role serves as the primary subject matter expert for EMR/EHR integration and bridges product, operations, and health system IT to ensure systems run smoothly and integrations succeed.

Responsibilities

EHR Configuration & Clinical Systems

• Own day-to-day management of the core tech stack: EHR, patient portal, and care management platform
• Manage Athena and Epic configuration end to end, including:
  • Clinical templates
  • Order sets
  • Lab configurations
  • Payer connectivity
  • Access management for clinical and operations staff
• Lead EHR integration efforts as the internal/external SME, including FHIR/HL7 data exchange and health system IT coordination with committed go-live timelines
• Own and accelerate Epic integration timelines as new health system partners are onboarded
• Maintain configuration integrity as new markets launch and care model workflows evolve
• Partner with IT on infrastructure while owning the clinical systems layer

Product Operations & Launch

• Own bug intake and prioritization from Market Operations; standardize how Engineering receives, scopes, resolves issues, and communicates status back to the field
• Build structured launch toolkits and training materials so clinic teams are ready for feature rollouts on day one
• Coordinate end-to-end launches across Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Identify opportunities to use AI/automation to reduce manual administrative burden in product operations workflows

Standards & Knowledge Management

• Build and maintain a clinical systems SOP library so market setup is repeatable and new hires can execute without requiring the role-holder in every launch
• Develop onboarding materials
