Role overview

You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a new dating app, from ideation through launch and ongoing improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to deliver a user-focused product aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy and create a strategic roadmap.
• Prioritize features using user feedback, market research, and business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX, engineering, and marketing teams to execute the strategy.
• Conduct market analysis including competitive research and trend identification.
• Collect and analyze user feedback via surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Set and track KPIs/metrics to measure success and guide data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably for mobile apps or consumer technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Passion for user-centered design and understanding of UI/UX principles.
