About the role
Role Overview
Product Manager Expert responsible for translating business and technical needs into product requirements, driving the full delivery lifecycle, and partnering across analytics, engineering, legal, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to shape vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Work with end-users and partners (Analytics, Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance) to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Consolidate business/technical requirements into project-based epics/stories aligned to development milestones.
- Partner with Product Managers/Analytics on attribute logic, score requirements, segmentation, cutoffs, and success metrics.
- Own the full product lifecycle: requirements → design → build → validation → rollout → monitoring → iteration.
- Create testing and rollout plans, including shadow mode, phased launches, and rollback.
- Support governance readiness: documentation, auditability, traceability, versioning, and explainability (as applicable).
- Establish monitoring to enable incident response and ongoing solution/platform stability.
- Guide Agile execution: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retros, and continuous prioritization.
- Route sales/client support questions and tasks to the right partners (Product Manager, Analytics, Engineering, Product Support).
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience.
- 2+ years as a Product Owner, delivering data/analytics or decisioning products into production.
- Strong product fundamentals: vision, roadmap, backlog management, epic/story writing, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery experience (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews/retros) with ability to keep teams aligned.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with governance and explainability requirements in regulated or audit-heavy data/decisioning contexts.
