About the role
Role Overview
Product Manager to lead Constructor’s internal experimentation platform (“Experiments Team”). You’ll build a scalable product capability that enables rigorous hypothesis testing and helps teams translate experiment results into customer-visible value and trusted decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end evolution of the internal experimentation platform across teams.
- Develop platform capabilities that connect internal experiments to customer-visible value, clearly communicating outcomes and revenue impact.
- Build and automate experimentation workflows end-to-end, reducing manual effort (e.g., one-click reporting and customer-facing outputs).
- Partner with Data Science/ML, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to design experimentation frameworks, evaluation logic, and certification flows.
- Drive organizational adoption so the platform becomes the default trusted tool for experiments and decisions.
- Balance short-term improvements with a long-term experimentation strategy, aligning technical work to customer and business priorities.
- Continuously improve experimentation quality, coverage, reliability via methodology, metrics, data quality, and review processes.
- Act as a thought partner to other product teams.
Requirements / Fit
- Comfortable operating in highly technical, data-heavy environments.
- Ability to explain the value and outcomes of experimentation to customer-facing teams, and when needed directly to retailers, translating complex results into clear narratives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with both technical teams (ML/Engineering) and commercial/analytics/product teams (analysts, customer success, product leaders).
- Thrives with multiple stakeholders, diverse expectations, and occasional ambiguity; brings structure, prioritization, and clarity.
