About the role

Role Overview

Founding Product Manager for a remote US position at a space technology company. You will lead development and launch of a next-generation environmental intelligence platform, defining a new product category at the intersection of space, defense, AI/ML, sensor fusion, and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and long-term product vision
Serve as the main bridge between customers/operators and engineering teams
Gather customer feedback and translate operational needs into product requirements
Define, prioritize, and manage feature development and ongoing product enhancements
Support customer engagements, demonstrations, and technical presentations
Drive product adoption across government and commercial markets
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure successful delivery
Support product launch activities and customer onboarding
Contribute to commercialization strategy, packaging, and future product offerings

Requirements

Experience managing complex technical products from concept through deployment
Strong product management background in space, defense, aerospace, communications, or related sectors
Space domain awareness with exposure to RF, radar, SATCOM, GNSS, or missile tracking
Defense or government customer exposure
Product launch experience and/or 0-1 product development experience
Experience working directly with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
Understanding of data-driven products, sensor systems, analytics platforms, or other mission-critical technologies
Ability to communicate credibly with both technical users and executive stakeholders
Experience in fast-paced startup/scale-up or innovation-focused environments
Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one

Direct experience with sensor fusion and operational decision-making workflows
